All homes shall have side entrance garages.
All garages shall be either 3 car or greater.
All homes shall have concrete tile or slate roofs, or approved look-alikes (with special permission from developer 1" heavy shakes may be used). No composition roof materials will be used.
All homes shall be primarily built out of stone, brick or stucco.


We encourage a mix of custom designed historically definable architectural looks. We feel this will give the community the most unique and authentic personality. All homes must have approval from the architectural review board. (Contemporary designs will be discouraged.)

The Design Review Committee (DRC) must approve all homes. There will
be a $500 fee for this review.
